Suzanna has been getting some tummy time and laughing at her brothers and sister.
The weather was warm for a few days (it is raining now) and we went on a walk and had a picnic on the lawn. We are all ready for warmer weather. We ordered chicks and they arrived on Thursday. The only problem was that they were supposed to come on Wednesday so only 2 were alive out of 30! It was really sad but they are reshipping our order in a month. Hopefully the Post Office will do better this time. Our two chicks are very cute and their chicken coop is almost finished being remodeled. In the meantime they are in the basement in a box with a heat lamp.
This is Cody wrestling in his tournament. He didn't win any but he had a smile on his face the whole time. He beat all his opponents in practice but was too excited on the big day. He did great and tried hard and had a great time. There were a lot of boys crying and upset but Cody wasn't one of them. We were so proud of him and him being such a good sport, more than if he had won. He's really growing up! Tee-ball is next...luckily sports are cheap here. The price even went down from last year, only $10 per kid!!! Emma is loving piano lessons and is learning tons! The only problem is that the boys want to practice with her...we are working on that dilema.
Cody is our little wrestler. "Little guy wrestling" is two weeks of wrestling for little boys, they will have a tournament on Wednesday. It is so funny watching 50 little boys of various ages in these outfits taking each other out. Needless to say, because they start them out young we have one of the best high school wrestling programs in the state. Kevin and I both think wrestling is a little gross(it is cute when they are little) but they love it so much and it keeps him busy. We thought we'd at least give him the opportunity.
