The kids did great in T-ball and it was fun to have Grandma and Grandpa Lloyd and JJ there for the last game.

Exploring the forest and old cabins. This is one of our favorite past times as a family.

The Tanagers flock to Challis in the spring and this is one that hit the front window and was stunned long enough for a photo!

Kevin made this gate recently and we are excited to show off his handiwork.

Can I just say after seeing that picture of the bird--oh the memories from our days at Monticello!!! You and Chelsea listening to bird calls all the time! Cracks me up.
And how fun to explore through the forest like that and find those amazing old cabins!
Hee,hee...those bird calls were so hard to learn! I bet we were pretty funny!
Because there was gold here, there are lots of old ghost towns and cabins tucked away with trees overgrowing them. It really is like stepping back in time!
